I have tried this place twice and it is OK. The first time I tried the eggplant parm and the eggplant and mozz were simply not fresh. The next time I decided to go with a more typical hoagie and the food was better. The sandwiches were a good size although the Jersey deli up the street may have them beat on quality. One thing...nothing for kids, so unless your kid will eat a hoagie, leave them at home. Something kid friendly would be helpful...even if they took a page out of Isaac's book and just served Kraft Mac and cheese.

Wow, fantastic sandwiches and hand-cut fries! It was better than we expected. I had a half of a Kelly Drive: prosciutto, extra sharp provolone and stuffed pepper shooters. It was extremely delicious, although my wife's cheesesteak was a little overcooked and on the dry side. Every component was so fresh and tasty, though (bread, meat, cheese and fixings), that we will definitely be back. Seating is pretty limited, but I'd be shocked if this place weren't doing a booming take-out business.

Subs were excellent. Good service. They did not put all ingredients requested on my wife's sub, but food was still acceptable. Very clean.

Awesome subs! My new go to place for them! There have been several great sub joints open in this area recently, First there was Fuhgeddaboutit, now called George's Jersey Deli, and in Lititz there is Brunos. While both are good, Bruno's is a copycat of Georges as they both chop lettuce and tomato into little cubes that fall out of the sub and you end up with a tasteless salad afterward. Bruno's goes skimpy on the meat as well....not PHC, they are original and there are 3 or 4 subs on the menu to die for! Stopped in today for my favorite, the Paulie and now they are serving Fresh Cut Fries and Steak sandwiches! Guess what I'll be trying next week? .

Stopped here today on the way into work. I was pleasantly surprised, it is a really cool shop, friendly staff, neat menu. I will be back to try a few more. I will add that I tried Primo earlier in the week, and sorta think Primo might have the edge. It was a crowded madhouse at Primo, and honestly, I was glad that I just drove a bit further down the road and tried PHC. I am also a fan of Bruno's but time will tell where each of these fall into my favorites. The meats and rolls were great, high quality, and other than the experience with Primo, I would have a hard time right now saying one place is better. Certainly worth the trip and consideration.

Great hoagies! Go there all the time, good service and great food. They use a higher quality meat then other shops locally. The broad street with stuffed peppers is awesome! Keep up the good work.
